v0.402.3

  • Self-hosted data-proxy deployments now stage the canonical shared edge modules into the VPS function mount, preventing merged edge code from booting with unresolved repository imports.
  • Edge deploy backups and rollback instructions now cover both the function files and their shared-module boundary.

v0.402.2

  • Hosted board reads now honor compact projections and request the exact count once per paginated query; connect diagnostics are asynchronous with bounded retention.
  • Cycle metrics and project timeline reads now use project-scoped SQL summaries instead of draining full task, report, cycle, and strategy histories.
  • Added regression coverage for hosted column parity, diagnostic retention, and summary RPC response contracts.

v0.402.1

  • Aggregate portfolio statistics in postgres
  • Reuse dashboard project read context
  • Page complete build-report history reads
  • Page complete tasks inventories by default

v0.402.0

  • Add evidence-backed hot-read indexes
  • Enforce hosted project context routing

v0.7.146

Your dashboard stays on your project, and Settings now gives you real control over your account

  • Links across the dashboard now keep the project you are in, so nothing jumps back to a default when you refresh or share a link.
  • A new Preferences tab collects the settings you change most: email preferences, notification opt-ins, theme (including following your device), the page you land on, and your timezone and date format.
  • You can export everything you have built in one click, and delete your account when you choose. The trust page now spells out continuity, from your export to the option to run PAPI yourself.
  • The pricing page now explains how to apply a promo code at checkout, alongside a round of small link and layout fixes.
Full detail
  • Cycle 384 — backlog cleanup and wiring gaps (27 tasks).
  • Dashboard links keep your project: contextual links no longer drop back to the default project on refresh or when shared.
  • Settings gains a Preferences tab: email preferences, notification opt-ins, theme (including follow-the-OS), default landing page, timezone and date format.
  • You can now export all your data and delete your account from Settings.
  • Trust page: a vendor-continuity and bus-factor statement (export, notice on terms changes, self-run install layer).
  • Pricing page names the promo code flow.
  • Housekeeping: dead Slack notification path removed; the strategies "Reviews" link is now "Strategy Reviews"; New Project dialog rebuilt on the shared dialog primitive.

v0.7.145

Your project is now portable, and the dashboard shows you more of how the work is going

  • Export a project as Markdown, JSON or CSV, straight from Settings.
  • See and edit the rules that govern your builds without leaving the dashboard.
  • The board now tells you when it is hiding tasks from you, and why.
  • A teammate's open cycle no longer blocks you from planning yours.
Full detail
  • UX-E6 · Per-user hub density preference — promote the density dial from browser-local to per-user
  • UX-I · Import and export UI — backlog_import shipped in C347 with zero dashboard surface
  • UX-J · In-app education — the methodology is the product and is taught nowhere inside the app
  • UX-P1-3 · Dashboard as a control surface — health surface, cycle planning in-dashboard, project timeline
  • Rework the free / pro / team tiers, pricing, and the feature-to-tier mapping end to end
  • Conventions dashboard surface — view/add/edit/remove, plus fold convention changes into the team digest
  • Dashboard surface for task visibility: a contributor's board still hides tasks with no explanation
  • Strategy_agenda dashboard surface — topics captured mid-build are invisible until the next strategy review
  • Scope the one-active-cycle guard to the caller's own cycle lineage

  • Cycle 382 — dashboard

v0.7.138

Your project rules are now checked when a task is created, and a board tells you when something is hidden from you

  • Record a rule for your project once and PAPI checks new tasks against it, flagging anything that looks like it breaks the rule before the work gets scoped. It offers to adjust the task or change the rule, and never blocks on its own.
  • Project rules also get tidied during your strategy review. Near-duplicate rules are grouped for merging and out-of-date ones proposed for removal, with every change shown to you before it is applied.
  • Tasks marked private are now a deliberate choice rather than something a task could drift into because of a document it referenced. Your board also tells you how many tasks are hidden from you and why, instead of just showing fewer.
  • The Team tab shows who owns each module, and decision history now records who made each change.
Full detail
  • Cycle 382 — conventions layer, task visibility, WAB aggregate.
  • Conventions are now checked when a task is created, not only when it is built
  • idea, ad_hoc, backlog_import and plan all carry the project's declared
  • Rules, and the planner flags a task whose stated approach collides with one as
  • An adjust-or-override choice rather than a block.
  • Convention housekeeping joins the strategy review: near-duplicate rules are
  • Clustered for merging and superseded ones for removal, applied with
  • Write-before-delete so a failed write never destroys a rule. Fixes
  • Strategy-review AD demotion, which retired the decision and never wrote the
  • Convention — the stance was silently lost.
  • Task visibility: private is now an explicit decision rather than a
  • Side-effect of which doc a task cites. Provenance sets the ceiling, the caller
  • Decides the tier, and an explicit tier can widen as well as narrow. A
  • Contributor's board also reports how many tasks are hidden from them and why
  • As a count — never rows.
  • getWabAggregate restores the Weekly Active Builders auto-tick on the hosted
  • Path with a counts-only cross-project read; no per-user, per-project or email
  • Data crosses the boundary.
  • Cycle-membership checks resolve the caller's own cycle row instead of an
  • Arbitrary same-numbered one, so health no longer pins RED on a healthy shared
  • Project.

v0.7.137

  • Align runtime package metadata with the v0.7.137 release tag

v0.7.136

  • Correct published server and plugin version metadata for the Cycle 27 release

v0.7.135-feat-cycle-27-core

  • Fix learning_action task attribution for cycle learnings
  • Add a bounded read-only project query tool for tasks, learnings, builds, and reviews

v0.7.133

  • Do not report completed cycle history as a live membership integrity failure

v0.7.132

  • Cycle 25: require build evidence before accepting a review and show compact orient diagnostics
  • Add actionable saved board views and a review evidence panel
  • Harden hostile content handling and mutation audit attribution
  • Age shared backlog tasks by their project cycle
  • Expose OAuth token expiry and refresh-token lifetime metadata to prevent opaque re-auth failures

v0.7.131

Your project can now appear on the getpapi.ai showcase, with your consent

  • Add a public URL to a project and opt in to the getpapi.ai showcase. The roster now reads real opted-in projects instead of a list we kept by hand.
  • The activation view now shows whether builders come back, not just whether they signed up first.
  • When a review asks for changes, the builder can now read the reviewer's full comment.
  • Reviews no longer silently lose a verdict when the connection blips.
Full detail
  • Design and ship the controlled top-of-funnel opening — one narrow channel, capped cohort, every funnel step instrumented, defined WAB read window
  • Settings: let a user add their project's public URL and consent to appear on the public showcase / leaderboard
  • Turn AD-62's team-invite mechanism into an active growth lever, not a passive capability
  • Hosted review rejects verified post-merge commit and attached review evidence
  • Connect flow: explicit success state and recovery path in the dashboard
  • One-click "Migrate from Hamster/Taskmaster" route — productise the local import skill into the UI
  • Funnel failure-reason instrumentation — auth, wrong project, missing handoff, timeout, rate limit, unclear next action
  • Review_submit intermittently crashes at submit-review with a proxy 500 (WorkerRequestCancelled) on queryBoard
  • Origin/main is red: 4 failing tests on main block the integration gate for every cycle (not introduced by C380)
  • Reviewer feedback must be readable: a request-changes comment is unretrievable by the builder who has to act on it
  • Regenerate docs/INDEX.md and keep check:docs-index green on main
  • Marketing/visual handoffs need an asset + no-internal-data precondition, so they stop assuming assets that don't exist or leak PAPI's own backlog
  • Read SERVER_VERSION from package.json instead of hardcoding 0.7.36
  • Source retired-AD predicate from RETIRED_DECISION_OUTCOMES
  • Auto-unblock must not drag an In Review task back to Backlog
  • Lint:changed must see uncommitted and untracked files
  • Mark the /api/ads interim bridge superseded in the arch doc
  • Patch-notes skill read DOGFOOD_LOG.md, which no longer exists
  • Drop stale tsup comment naming a deleted consumer
  • Un-ignore node_modules symlinks in worktrees
  • Mark the resolved zoom-out audit actioned
  • Registry listing version was 92 releases stale
  • Remove dead .ovp-cust popover CSS
  • Drop the fabricated '· 0d' age in Needs-you rows
  • Let the strategy tab bar wrap
  • Display-id fixup for claimTask/unclaimTask over the proxy
  • Reconcile copy over-promised auto-repair
  • Optional epic assigned to a required field in adapter-md
  • Revoke-all limiter was dead outside production
  • Invitation email used retired brand colours
  • Delete the orphaned useStreamState hook
  • Delete the orphaned HubVelocityBand component
  • Regenerate docs/INDEX.md
  • Delete the orphaned GuidanceStrip component
  • Tenancy lint rule no longer matches Array.from

v0.7.130

  • Reviews now verify the work they accept actually carries a build handoff and a build report, and can fill both in after the fact when work landed before it was recorded.
  • PAPI notices build work that was committed without a task and offers a one-step way to bring it into the cycle, instead of expecting you to reach for an internal command.
  • Board reconciliation leaves the cycle and its tasks in agreement, rather than reporting that they disagree — and stays quiet when there is genuinely nothing to fix.
  • Build handoffs are written the same way on every path, so a saved handoff always reads back as one.
  • Cycle counts stay yours on a shared project: two people can each have their own cycle 17 without the numbers bleeding together.
  • The hub's Next Move card shows the right next step when your cycle is mid-review.
  • "Decision Memory" is now "Decision Record" (the old link still works).
